Shalaria Taylor, Federico Bolques to wed in April

Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Powell are proud to announce the engagement of their granddaughter, Shalaria Taylor, to Federico Christopher Bolques.

Mr. Bolques is the son of Ms. Sheradine Phillip. He is a senior operations manager for P.R.A.

Shalaria is the daughter of Wendy Taylor and Harry Giles Jr. She is employed as a medical assistant by Eastern Virginia Medical School.

The wedding will be held April 15, 2006 at Saint Mary COGIC in Suffolk.
