Oliver Arthur Hobbs, of Gates County, N.C., died April 13, 2006 at his home.

A celebration of life service will be held Monday, April 17, 2006 at 2 p.m. at the New Middle Swamp Missionary Baptist Church, Corapeake, N.C. Interment will be in the church cemetery.

Stallings Funeral Home Inc., is in charge of arrangements.
