On Tuesday, May 2, the citizens have the opportunity to elect Michael J. Debranski to the Suffolk School Board.

Mike has been active in the Suffolk community for 39 years, and spent 25 years in the Suffolk City Schools as a teacher, coach, assistant principal and principal. He has spent the last six years as a business owner.

With that background, he knows what it will take to improve student behavior, build a challenging and rigorous curriculum, and meet the standards dictated by state and federal mandates.

His wife and daughters are are all products of the Suffolk Public School system.

He will be a strong addition to the Suffolk education system.

I hope that the citizens will take this opportunity to go out and cast their ballots for Mike Debranski Tuesday.
