Ms. Dorothy Fenner of Suffolk happily announces the engagement of her daughter, Joann Winnegan to Jamie Wilkins, both of Suffolk.

Joann is also the daughter of Mr. Joe Robinson of Newport News.

Jamie is the son of Peggy Smith Clark and the late Jimmy Wilkins.

Jamie is employed by WAN Cheese Seafood Company.

Joann is employed by Wal-Mart Super Center Store in Suffolk.

The couple will be married in August.
