Douglas “Doug” Elliott Sr., 64, departed this life on Nov. 2 in Cape Fear Valley, N.C. He was a native of Nansemond County and lived most of his life in Connecticut. Memorial services will be conducted Saturday, Nov. 11, at 2 p.m. at Faith Walk Gospel Fellowship Center by Pastor V.L. Harris. The family will receive friends and visitors after the service.
