To the Editor:

We were overcharged by Dominion Power in 2009. The State Corporation Commission recommends reducing electrical rates to compensate for it.

Why? We should receive a total refund immediately so that the economy can rebound. Also, those residents who may have to leave Suffolk will lose out on a rate adjustment.

I hope Dominion does the fair thing and gives back the money NOW at Christmastime when we all need it. I would love to buy my wife a Christmas gift.
