Suffolk Public Schools announced Tuesday morning that a memorial fund had been set up, with the help of SunTrust Bank, to help pay for the family of Michael G. Lee pay for funeral services.

Lee was the 17-year-old Lakeland High School senior shot and killed in Norfolk Friday night.

Donations to the Michael G. Lee Memorial Fund can be made at any SunTrust Bank location.

Lakeland High School has scheduled a memorial service for Wednesday, Jan. 13 at 6:30 p.m. The service will be held in the school’s auditorium.
