Thank you, Suffolk, for bringing back curbside recycling! We just received our big recycling bin this week and have already started

filing it up.

Our family was one of the first to sign up for the service, and we are so happy not to be making weekly trips to the recycling centers. We’ve continued to pass out flyers in our neighborhood and to encourage others in our community to participate, too.

It’s great to see our city join the handful of other Hampton Roads communities making a concerted effort to preserve our environment.

It’s my hope that each time my family sets out our blue bin, we bring awareness of the program to other citizens. To make this truly successful, we need everyone onboard. It’s never too late.
