The Southeastern District Girls Basketball Tournament is set and ready to go, but the boys tourney still has two games to go before the bracket is finalized.

On the boys’ side, the top seven squads are set in their spots for the quarterfinals which were originally slated for Friday evening. The issue comes down to the last team to make the dance.

Western Branch, Grassfield and Hickory finished with 5-13 district marks for a three-way tie for the No. 8 seed.
