Trindco, a fabricator and installer of premium countertops, is participating in “Counters for a Cause” Sept. 27-29.
The Suffolk company, which is located at 1004 Obici Industrial Blvd., will donate 3 percent of the proceeds from the sale of granite and other stone remnants during the event to Homes for Our Troops, a program that builds specially adapted homes for injured veterans.
Trindco is part of the Artisan Group, a network of North American Stone fabricators. The event is part of the company’s “National Yard Sale,” which raised $32,000 last year.
“Our soldiers give up many things, including parts of themselves, to defend the freedom we Americans hold so dear” said Hunter Adams, Trindco co-owner. “We are proud of them and consider it a privilege to give something back to them.”
