NRHS to host wrestling tourney

The Fourth Annual Mike Duman Toys For Tots Invitational wrestling tournament will take place Friday and Saturday at Nansemond River High School.
Wrestling teams from King’s Fork, Lakeland and Nansemond River’s high schools will be among 17 teams participating in the event. The other teams include Cosby, Dinwiddie, York, Warhill, Tabb, Poquoson, Kecoughtan, Menchville, Smithfield, Currituck, N.C., Princess Anne, Lake Taylor, Booker T. Washington and Deep Creek.
If spectators bring a toy today, they can buy a reduced two-day pass for the tourney. Adults must pay $10 for admittance today and $12 on Saturday or pay for both days at once for $17; with a toy, the amount drops to $15.
Students prices are $6 today, $8 on Saturday or a two-
day pass for $12; the amount drops to $10 with a toy. Children under 10 get in for free.
Matches will begin at 1 p.m. on Friday and 11:30 a.m. on Saturday.
