Two TowneBank employees based at the company’s Member Service Center in Suffolk have been promoted.

Roy Andrew has been promoted to executive vice president responsible for treasury and balance sheet management, and Holly Hamilton Monaco, a team leader for the small business lending department, has been advanced to the position of vice president.

Andrew has been with the Towne organization for five years and has more than 15 years of banking experience. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia and holds a graduate degree from North Carolina State University.

Monaco has been with TowneBank for more than seven years and is a graduate of the TowneBank Management Associate Program. She is also a graduate of Old Dominion University.
