Isle of Wight Academy was recently awarded a $1,000 grant from the Exxon Mobil Educational Alliance Program.

This program provides Exxon and Mobil retailers with educational funds to support the communities they serve.

The school partnered with Brian Atwood of Parker Oil and Propane to receive this grant.

“Isle of Wight Academy appreciates the support of businesses like Parker Oil and Propane,” said Mary-Margaret Wells, director of development at IWA.

“The funds awarded from the Exxon Mobil Educational Alliance Program will allow us to strengthen and provide additional support to our math and science programs.”
