Lake Prince Woods retirement community has hired Andrea Saunders to the position of sales coordinator.

A native of Northern Virginia, Saunders moved to Suffolk when she was 10. She graduated from Nansemond-Suffolk Academy and received a bachelor’s degree in textiles from East Carolina University.

With several years of sales and customer service experience, Saunders will be involved with the 12-year-old community’s marketing efforts and will work with prospective residents in selecting their homes and finishes.

Saunders and her husband live in Chuckatuck. They have two dogs, and she enjoys volunteering with the Suffolk Humane Society.

As a continuing care retirement community, Lake Prince Woods offers residential living, assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing care.
