• California Cartage expanded to 53,190 SF at Commonwealth Commerce Center in Suffolk. Chamie Burroughs, Ashton Williamson and Worth Remick handled the transaction on behalf of the landlord.
• Raytheon Co. renewed its lease for 3,213 SF at Harbour Breeze Professional Center, Building One in Suffolk. Gresh Wall handled the transaction on behalf of the landlord.
• Eastern Virginia Ear, Nose and Throat Specialists leased 6,211 SF at Harbour View Professional Center, Building Three in Suffolk. Gresh Wall handled the transaction on behalf of the landlord.
• Plastic Surgery Specialists of Virginia, Inc. leased 3,020 SF at Harbour View Professional Center, Building 2 in Suffolk. Gresh Wall handled the transaction on behalf of the tenant.
