CBRE Hampton Roads completed the following real estate transactions in October:

• Osteon LLC sold an 8,833-square-foot medical investment property located at 2012 Meade Parkway in Suffolk for $1.35 million. Gresh Wall represented the seller.
• Neurology Associates of Suffolk Inc. leased 2,008 square feet at Harbour Breeze Professional Center, Building Four, in Suffolk. Gresh Wall handled the transaction on behalf of the landlord.
• Metro PCS leased 3,276 square feet at Suffolk West Shopping Center. Kevin O’Keefe and Natalie Hucke handled the transaction on behalf of the tenant.
