TowneBank has announced the promotion of two women — Susan T. Rowe and Robin Smith Cooke — to the post of executive vice president.

Rowe leads the bank’s Treasury and Merchant Sales team. She has been with TowneBank for seven years and has 30 years of industry experience.

Rowe, who holds a bachelor’s degree from Old Dominion University, is also a volunteer for the Out of the Darkness walk, the United Way and the Oasis Soup Kitchen.

Cooke has been with TowneBank for 16 years and was a founding member of the bank team. She has 21 years of industry experience and received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Old Dominion University.

Cooke volunteers with the Portsmouth Sports Club.
