All Friday basketball games for Suffolk’s public schools and Nansemond-Suffolk Academy have been postponed due to continued inclement weather.

The quarterfinals of the girls’ and boys’ Tidewater Conference of Independent Schools tournaments will be held on Saturday. The No. 2 Lady Saints will host No. 7 Norfolk Collegiate School at 4 p.m., and the No. 8 Saints will visit No. 1 Cape Henry Collegiate School at a time to be determined.

Higher seeds will host their semifinal games on Sunday at 2:30 p.m. On Monday, the girls’ final will take place at 5 p.m., and the boys’ final will be held at 7 p.m., both at Hampton Roads Academy.

Plans for the King’s Fork High School-hosted girls’ and boys’ Ironclad Conference tournaments to move forward on Saturday have been canceled. At press time, it was unknown what the new plans will be.
