ApartmentRatings.com, the leading apartment review website, has included one local apartment complex among its 2014 top-rated apartment communities.

Only approximately 5 percent of all communities listed on ApartmentRatings.com across the country qualify for award consideration. Winning communities demonstrated a combination of outstanding resident satisfaction ratings and excellent recommendation ratings, as reported by residents on ApartmentRatings.com throughout 2014.

The Breeden Co., a Virginia Beach-based developer with communities throughout Hampton Roads and the Peninsula, had 16 apartment complexes listed in the survey. Among them was Eagle Harbor Apartments in Carrollton.
