Patients of the Bon Secours Medical Group can now schedule appointments online from their computers, tablets or smartphones.

“At Bon Secours Medical Group, we are working to make receiving healthcare easier through convenient locations and now online scheduling,” said Herbert Cummings, chief operating officer for Bon Secours Virginia Medical Group. “Our patients can now schedule appointments faster than ever, when and where they want.”

Patients can make, cancel and reschedule appointments via a mobile app called iTriage or schedule on their computer through goodhelpdocs.com.

Appointments available include sick visits, follow up appointments and annual physicals. New patients can also use the online service by scheduling a new patient appointment.

Online scheduling is available for select primary care physicians throughout Hampton Roads, with more physicians adding the option for patients each month.

Bon Secours Medical Group offers same-day appointments at all locations and walk-in appointments at select locations throughout Hampton Roads.  Bon Secours Medical Group physicians accept most insurances, including Medicare and Medicaid.
