The College Parkway Crossing Shopping Center now is being managed by Cushman & Wakefield Thalhimer. It includes a Food Lion, CrossFit, Subway and more.

The College Parkway Crossing Shopping Center now is being managed by Cushman & Wakefield Thalhimer. It includes a Food Lion, CrossFit, Subway and more.

Cushman & Wakefield Thalhimer has been selected to take over duties of commercial property management for the College Parkway Crossing Shopping Center.

The 93,728-square-foot retail center is located in the heart of the North Suffolk retail district at College Drive and Hampton Roads Parkway.

Tenants at the center include Food Lion, CrossFit, Subway, Cove Center for Veterinary Expertise, Italian and Filipino eateries, Farmers and Nationwide insurance agents and Goodwill.

Leasing representative for the center is Dean Martin of Cushman & Wakefield’s Virginia Beach office, and the property manager for the center is Mary Yelinek, also with Thalhimer.
