Sale transactions in the Suffolk vicinity include the following:

• KSMA Suffolk Properties, LLC has purchased Towne Square, a 40,995 square foot shopping center on 6.74 acres located at 557-571 E. Constance Road, from ZWay III, LLC for $1,200,000. Mike Zarpas represented the seller and Bill Overman, CCIM, John Wessling, CCIM, Chris Devine and Chris Zarpas represented the buyer.

Lease renewals, extensions and expansion in the Suffolk vicinity include:

• Hershey Creamery Co. has renewed its lease on 3,430 square feet of industrial space at 1926 Wilroy Road, Suite A. Michael Myers represented the tenant.
