S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co.’s Norfolk and Richmond offices have announced the negotiation of transactions totaling $10.4 million in sales and lease volume on 293,531 square feet and 11.97 acres of land in April.

Among the deals closed included the following from Suffolk:

• Cotten & Taylor has extended its lease on 630 square feet of retail space at Suffolk Plaza Shopping Center. Chris Hucke represented the landlord.
