Susan P. Davis has joined the Norfolk office of S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co as controller.

Davis is a military transplant to the Hampton Roads area and has lived in the region for more than 20 years.

She serves on the board for the Tidewater Chapter of the Virginia Society of CPAs, as commissioner on the Suffolk Clean Community Commission, and as a board member of Catholic Charities of South Hampton Roads and the Suffolk division of the Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce.

Prior to joining S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co., Davis worked in public accounting with a concentration in real estate. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from University of Maryland University College.
