S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. has announced the conclusion of negotiations in August on the following transactions in the Suffolk area:

• Decent People has leased 3,430 square feet of retail space at Riverfront Shoppes. Neal Sadler and Chris Hucke represented the tenant.
• SPARC has leased 2,500 square feet of retail space at 100 N. Main St. Mike Zarpas represented the landlord.
• Roger E. Woodington & Glenda B. Woodington Trust has purchased .33 acre of land located at 3412 Mariner Avenue in Portsmouth, from Crodick Properties for $275,000. Pierce Jacobson and Chris Zarpas represented the seller.
