Divaris Real Estate announces transaction

BayPort Credit Union recently leased 2,391 square feet of retail space in the outparcel shops at Hampton Roads Crossing located at 1013 University Blvd. in Suffolk. Levi Thomson represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. The outparcel building is anticipated to be delivered before the end of 2018.

Realtor honored

KBL Companies recently announced its 2017 Office Award Winner: Jim Bass (Sales Achievement).
