One lane has reopened on Route 58 following an overturned tractor-trailer incident.

The crash happened at 12:43 p.m. Wednesday on westbound Route 58 at Pruden Boulevard, according to a city press release.

The driver had minor injuries and was assessed and released at the scene by Suffolk Fire & Rescue personnel.

The incident remains under investigation. One lane has reopened pending the arrival of a tow truck.
