Nansemond-Suffolk Academy senior Jessie Lerner scored a remarkable 15 goals last week, including six on Saturday to lead her team to a 13-9 road win against E.C. Glass High School.

Lady Saints senior Holly Kozak registered five goals and senior Sarah Higinbotham added two more.

NSA senior goalkeeper Lizzy Fowler recorded six saves.

An 18-5 blowout victory over visiting Christchurch School on March 24 is when Lerner racked up nine goals, giving her a total of 15 for the week.

Nansemond-Suffolk visited Bishop Sullivan Catholic High School on Tuesday and will go on the road to face Christchurch on Thursday.
