A teen has been charged with destruction of property after breaking a glass door to the courthouse early Sunday morning.

The 17-year-old male allegedly threw a rock through the door on the front of the Mills E. Godwin Jr. Courts Building. The door was repaired by Tuesday.

A surveillance photo released to the media proved crucial in identifying the suspect, a city press release said.
