The top 15 individual finishers in each of the boys’ and girls’ races at the Ironclad Conference 18 cross country championships were named to the 2013 All-Conference team.

Nansemond River High School led the way with 11 selections, including Christina Banks, Michaela Banks, Airrin Davis, Kara Dixon, Nicholas Gill, Paul Hall, Austin Heyman, Caroline Hubbard, Courtney James, Jalen Warren and Casey Williams.

Lakeland High School accrued seven selections, including the top boys’ finisher Jake Crowell and Irvin Ashburn, Jalil Bonds, Alexus Copeland, Juli Durand, Leanna Harville and Jennifer Rockwell.

King’s Fork High School registered three selections: Darius Allen, Brandon Gipson and Courtney Ricks.
