A Suffolk man has been arrested on two counts of peeping into a dwelling after a female neighbor reported she saw him looking into her bathroom window.

The incidents occurred on Sunday and Monday, city spokeswoman Diana Klink said in a press release. The woman reported it to police on Tuesday.

Kenneth R. Griffin, 50, of the 200 block of North Fifth Street, was arrested Thursday and is being held at Western Tidewater Regional Jail.
