The King’s Fork High School girls’ basketball team got its 2014-15 season started on a strong positive note Friday night with a 62-27 road win over Grassfield High School.

Leading the way for the Lady Bulldogs was senior Imani Lewis who had 22 points, five rebounds, three assists and six steals. Junior Latonia Thomas contributed 11 points and sophomore Cydney Nichols had nine.

King’s Fork (1-0) hosted I.C. Norcom High School on Saturday evening.
