Saints shut out Crusaders

Nansemond-Suffolk Academy’s boys’ soccer team produced its first official conference win of the 2015 season on Thursday evening, defeating host Bishop Sullivan Catholic High School 2-0.
Saints senior Louie Joseph and junior Gustav Berner scored goals during the contest, and senior Michael Luzzatto registered an assist.
Junior Ryan Griffin recorded 17 saves in goal for NSA, achieving the shutout.
Nansemond-Suffolk (6-3, 1-2) continues its Tidewater Conference of Independent Schools schedule on Tuesday afternoon when it hosts Peninsula Catholic High School.
