King’s Fork High School’s girls’ basketball team rolled past Oscar Smith 67-27.
King’s Fork got its 10th win of the season, keeping them undefeated in Southeastern District play and moving them to 10-2 overall.
“I think we shot the ball well,” Lady Bulldogs coach Maurice Fofana said. “We were able to get up and down the floor.”
Even though the Lady Bulldogs won big, they still want to continue to make improvements. On the defensive end, they want to continue to become sharper so that when post season play rolls around, they will be at their peak.
Cydney Nichols had 13 points and eight steals. Neecole Brown had 12 points, and Nylah Young added 11 points.
King’s Fork will play Deep Creek on the road Tuesday at 7 p.m., weather permitting.
